Main Responsibilities: 

  • Identify New Business Opportunities
  • Partners Relationships
  • Foster Relationships with Customers
  • Expand Pipeline and Market Reach
  • Build Proposed Solutions for Offering
  • Align with Revenue Growth Targets and Services
  • Validating Opportunities
  • Building Proposed Solutions
  • Passing Qualified Leads to Sales and Delivery Teams
  • Ensure updated records of new and potential customers’ data
  • Work with egabi and partner technical teams (when applicable) to gain products/services/industry knowledge to effectively position and leverage offerings to customers
  • Ensures that customer problems/issues with products and/or service delivery are resolved
  • Provide Sr. level support to sales & presales team members


Job Qualifications: 


Education:  
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or technical certifications are a plus)


Professional Experience:  
4-7 years of experience in presales or solution consulting, ideally in the software or IT services industry


Technical Skills: 

  • Sound working knowledge of solution design principles.
  • Solid working knowledge MS OS & MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of MS Project & Visio
  • Solid working knowledge of technology and/or apps. Offerings 


Interpersonal Skills: 

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
